The show
Enter the cube. And let yourself be carried away ...
Imagine that you are sitting in the dark in a cube-shaped room. Suddenly, you are immersed in a series of sumptuous images 12 metres (40 feet) high, projected on the walls to either side, the floor, the ceiling and the wall in front of you. Add to this the impact of the multi-dimensional sound produced by 18 loudspeakers. And you will begin to understand how we can guarantee a 24-minute journey that cannot fail to touch you.
Expect to be shaken and moved. And perhaps to leave the show a slightly different person from when you arrived.
We know that you cannot have a good show without a good story. The story here is that of millions of pitiless predators. Us. And their millions of defenceless victims. Us again. It is the story of a planet – ours – and its survival. The Pass has taken the theme of sustainable development as the basis for a major show. The show uses unique technology to literally immerse the viewer in its images.
A powerfull and moving show ...
Viewers will experience more emotion in “Does the future have a future?” than in a good many Hollywood productions. They will see a planet, our planet, inhabited, shaped and also damaged by man. But they will above all see the people who live here. Those who can expect a decent life. Us. And all the others, the billions of others.
And yet the show never crosses the line into tear-jerker territory. Throughout the projection, dancers, mimes and graffiti artists, set life-sized into the image, communicate their emotions, their feelings and their comments.
They make the spectacle into a modern ballet, insolent and dynamic. The result is powerful. Moving.
And of a rare beauty ...
