The Exhibition Hangar

The space devoted to major science and society topics.

On leaving the "Salle des machines", your exploration continues through the Exhibition Hangar. Mirroring the enormous edifices in the aeronautical industry, this long, windowless space faced with aluminium cladding, featuring three large doors, houses the Pass's major themed exhibitions in 1000 m2 (10800 sq.ft.) of space. The Money exhibition was opened in May 2003. From 22 December 2006, there is een new exhibition Antarctica.

Dominating the hall are the workshop spaces which host groups for specific activities (multimedia, robotics, TV studio), covering 320 m2 (3445 sq.ft.) on the first floor, lit from the rear façade at the same level as the fields, repeating the dual image of this landscape which combines industry and agriculture.
